Pursuant to Article 4 of Law No. 9,361/96, and Decree No. 67,443/2022, Article 6, which amends Article 1-A of Decree No. 41,150/1996, the Board of Directors of the PED (CDPED) is directly subordinate to the Governor of the State, and the Board includes:

Duties of the Directing Council of the Privatization Program - Concessions (CDPED)

To resolve on the schedule, the modality, the minimum price, as well as the minimum percentage of payment, in currency, of the price of the shares, assets, rights or securities object of privatization; Provide technical support for the implementation of the de-stablization.

Duties of the Technical and Executive Secretariat of CDPED

Provide technical and administrative assistance to the PED Board of Directors.
