Pursuant to Article 4 of Law No. 9.361/96, and Article 2 of Decree No. 70.606/2026, which amends Article 1-A of Decree No. 41.150/1996, the Board of Directors of the PED (CDPED) is directly subordinate to the Governor of the State, and its members are:

2 (two) members freely chosen by the Governor of the State.
Section 1 - The President of the Board of Directors shall be the Chief Secretary of the Civil House of the State Government, and the Vice-President shall be the Secretary of Finance and Planning.
Responsibilities of the Board of Directors of the Privatization Program – Concessions (CDPED)
- To deliberate on the schedule, modality, minimum price, as well as the minimum percentage of payment, in current currency, relating to the shares, assets, rights or values subject to privatization;
- To provide technical support to the implementation of privatization processes.
Responsibilities of the Technical and Executive Secretariat of the CDPED
- To provide technical and administrative assistance to the Board of Directors of the State Privatization Program (PED).
